New generation Audi A6 on road test

[Mr Dung] - Next generation sedan of Audi still not to the point made, but the details of it have appeared on the site.





Audi A6 2012 will likely inherit some characteristics of the TT, including manufacturing technology bodywork called ASF II (Audi Space Frame).

Audi developed the technology to help the body stronger, but also lighter than steel. Ministry chassis is a combination of aluminum and stainless steel were designed to reduce weight to 50% compared to steel, but increased to 150% hardness. It could become standard equipment on all new Audi models and the A6 sedan is the first application.

The engine of the new A6 will have many options. Standard is capable of 2.8 V6 and 4.2 V8 is the strongest. There will be additional diesel version for the European market and possibly in America. Stylish design clearly reflects the new A4 and A8, with a wider grille.

[24HCAR] - Rolls-Royce has unveiled two new models named: Phantom Coupe Shaheen and Phantom Bayunah dedicated to customers in Abu Dhabi.


Two special version is based on two different themes inspired by the culture and natural landscape of Abu Dhabi.

4-door models show inspiration from Baynunah, located in the western area of the kingdom, famous for sand dunes. Phantom Baynunah, interior and exterior is a combination of beige and brown with golden brown hood. The detailed decorative embroidery, mosaic ... were done manually at the Rolls-Royce factory at Goodwood (England).


Area is famous with eagles, Shaheen, was used to create model Phantom Coupe. White body makes interiors red tones more prominent when the doors opened. Each symbol eagle is results from 21,011 embroidered lines, creating a unique interior of the Phantom Coupe Shaheen.

Bugatti Super Sport version appeared in North America

[24HCAR] - Supercar with 1,200 bhp capacity suddenly appeared in North America. Bugatti Veyron 16.4, Super Sport version is the fastest car today with a maximum speed of 431 km/h on road test.


Equipped W16 engine, Supercar has power equivalent to 1,200 bhp and only takes 2.5 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h.

Bugatti also provisions agents only sell Veyron when the customers are trained to be careful about driving and maintenance skills.

BMW compete with Mercedes and Porsche

[24HCAR] - Director of BMW's development, Mr Klaus Draeger has announced, BMW will launch the Grand Coupe Concept, 4-door coupe to compete with the Mercedes and Porsche in next time.


Specifically, BMW expected launch the Grand Coupe pitted against rivals such as Mercedes CLS, the upcoming Audi A7 and Porsche Panamera.

As expected, the Grand Coupe will the first debut at Beijing Motor Show in 4/2011. However, Mr. Draeger has only revealed that the production version will have a design similar to line 6 series. Even the technology used on the cars and prices will have similarities with the line 6-series coupe. So, the Grand Coupe will cost at about 70,450 euros ($ 93,560) such as the starting price of the 6 series line in Germany at the present time.

Although not known, Grand Coupe using hybrid technology or not, but Mr Draeger confirmed that they will consider releasing to add a hybrid version of the Grand Coupe.

Grand Coupe will officially run on all roads in 2012, after BMW releasing the  6-series coupe models, two doors in next year.

Toyota Aygo - Special edition remember about Hiromu Naruse

[24HCAR] - Car manufacturer in Japan, Toyota Motor Co.. (TMC) has launched a special edition Toyota Aygo. This is one of the special honor for Hiromu Naruse, Toyota's test drivers have been killed by accident while testing the first supercar from Toyota-Lexus LFA in June.


Toyota Aygo special version with 1.5 liter engine, larger than UK version 1 liter with speed Transmission 5MT (multimode).

This car can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 14.2 seconds and can reach a maximum speed of up to 157km/h. The car was white to coordinate with thin lines decorate the sides of this elegant has wheels black cast combined with alloys white lines around...

Hiromu Naruse is hand vehicle testing famous, legendary with nickname "Godfather of LFA" and the driving test is honored in Japan.

[24HCAR] - Lotus has launched a new racing car, Exos Type 125 has priced to $ 1 million.


Design inspired from F1 racing cars, Lotus Exos Type 125 impressed with the bold curves calculated dynamics, top exit exhaust, shark fin engine covers, carbon ceramic brakes and a carbon fiber pushrod suspension.

With designed chassis consecutive blocks is made entirely from carbon fiber, Exos Type 125 is extremely lightweight, only 650 kg. Behind the driver you will find a detuned Cosworth GPV8 engine still producing 650bhp with a 10,300rpm red line. Renault DeZir suddenly appeared on the streets of Paris

[24HCAR] - Before official launch at the Paris Motor Show 2010 next month, samples DeZir concept suddenly appeared on the street, attracting the attention of many people by strange forms and graceful.


DeZir concept is designed to test a new style of Renault, with simple goals, nice and warm. The car use electrical energy, use lithium-ion battery like the Nissan 24kWh Leaf, and also driving distance is 160km with a full battery. However, unlike the Leaf, the batteries of this concept was designed to quickly replace the battery, not charging (Quick Drop).

A electric motor 110kW enough to the coupe weighs 830kg acceleration from 0 to 100km/h in just 5 seconds. Renault has not revealed plans to produce concept cars DeZir.

[24HCAR] - 2011 Toyota Highlander is expected to debut with more robust design included two engine choices to suit each market.


According to sources from Russia, 2011 Toyota Highlander will debut at Moscow Auto Show held in late August. Then, the new SUV Japan will soon start presence on the market.

2011 Toyota Highlander will bring a redesigned front fascia that shows a more bold design. The changes include the headlights, which now offer a sharper look , the grille, which comes with two horizontal lines instead of three and the front bumper. This offers a more sophisticated design that also manages to give the car a more rugged appearance and houses new fog lamps.

Currently, Toyota has not announced the official specifications of the new SUV. However, the above sources again confirm that new models will be equipped with V6 engines, 3.5 liter for capacity of 273 horsepower.  The unit will be mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. As for the North American market, 2011 Highlander will apply engine 4-cylinder, 2.7 liter capacity.

Also, probably 2011 Toyota Highlander will have hybrid version to adapt to trends car "green" which was popular on the market today.
