Within two years eight months after appearing on the market, new-generation C-Class has sold 1 million units. This figure is even better than the Audi A4 and BMW 3-Series the latest generation.
Of the 1 million C-Class, best-selling versions four-cylinder engine as the C180, C200 or C220 CGI BlueEfficiency. The version used V6 and V8 engines have a relatively modest rate of 1 million.
Largest market of new generation C-Class is the USA, followed by Germany and China. At Germany, this car many times beyond the Volkswagen Golf, BMW3, Audi A4 to become the best selling car market.
Whatever has sold 1 million units, but predicted the C-Class will continue to make the numbers more impressive by this new generation is go half product lifecycle. Predicted C-Class will be produced to late 2011 when the next generation will replace with a completely new appearance.
